Job Description
Validation Engineer: Develop validation protocols, tests plan, and summary reports for IQs, OQs and PQs. Generate the status reports and metrics by using the integrated Track Wise system along with crystal reports. Set up the acceptance criteria for active ingredients and cleaning agent. Perform swab/rinse sampling for active ingredients and detergent. Swab/Rodac sampling for microbiological contamination testing. Perform feasibility and DOE studies for cleaning procedures. Work on Deviation and risk assessment writing. Review and develop User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and Design Specifications (DS) in compliance and conformance with FDA rules and regulations. Travel to various unanticipated locations in the United States to interact with clients and train end users for short or long term assignments
Salary: $87,422/year
Work Schedule: 8:30 am-5:30pm; 40 Hrs/week (M-F)
Requirements: BS or foreign equivalent in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering or related + 6 months of experience as Validation Engineer developing validation protocols, performing Swab/rinse sampling, and having used integrated Track Wise
