Job Description
QA Engineer: Develop solutions to a variety of complex engineering validation requirements using CAD and SolidWorks. Document designs for product support and efficient development of successive product generations. Process design verification and validation test requirements to ensure design/equipment inputs and safety requirements are met. Develop protocols complying with the 21 CFR 820.30 Design controls. Develop Risk Analysis and Controls using the tools Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Conduct research and development testing and validation to determine effectiveness and compliance to quality standards for the manufacturing processes. Confirm conformance to engineering designs and methodologies and verify overall safety. Travel to various unanticipated locations in the United States to train end users for short or long term assignments
Salary: $87,422/year
Work Schedule: 8:30 am-5:30pm; 40 Hrs/week (M-F)
Requirements: BS or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related + 2 yrs of experience as Design Engineer, Quality Engineer or related, using CAD SolidWorks, Fault Tree Analysis, and 21 CFR 820.30 regulations
